Seriously, from what i understand, you can ask for your account to be locked, but there is no deleting a profile.

It is possible to delete all of your blogs and photos before you have your account locked. That will leave very little evidence of you on the FP Hangout. I don't believe that you can delete your posts, at least I hope you can't, since it screws up the flow of the thread.

When your account is locked no one can see anything in it.
No reason to get rid of anything.
