Hi.  I hope someone here could help me.  I've already searched online but I still want to get details from those familiar.  I'm in need of a reliable provider that specializes in managing systems.  Can you suggest one?  I was asked to take the lead to find a good and trusted one.  Thanks for your time.

"I'm in need of a reliable provider that specializes in managing systems" - can you be more specific? what particular system do you want to manage? Look forward to read your reply and be able to help you too.

Oh, my apologies for the confusion. I was actually referring to a documentation system that we can use. We have actually contatced a provider that can provide a tool for document control system. We are just gathering much more information or perhaps an alternative because this surely is an investment for our company. We would want to make sure that we can maximize its uses. A

Appreciate any input and suggestion. Thanks.

hey crookville,

I haven't used one yet, but I have seen some good reviews about this one: Unipoint document management software. I think they offer a lot of features for an enterprise or company or something as big as that. For personal use, I suggest using tools like Google drive, which I am using and is very impressed. They are free, not too many complex features and best suited for personal use. I don't think it'll work as well for bigger purpose.

EtQ-Reliance. My company just started using it last fall. It is a great tool.

A trusted friend told me that Verse Solutions makes the worst document control system on the market. He said that any document control system powered by ETQ should be avoided.

He crookville, you asked this same question last year:

Did you try the ETQ document control system that someone recommended and discover that the ETL document control system is garbage, and that's why you're asking again?

Check out Verse Solution too.
