Hand made guitar Strap by Mountain Leather Works, 2" wide and fully adjustable.
Elderly sold these going back a quite few years. It's made from heavy Holster Leather with suede sewn on to the back of the 2" part.
It is adjustable, but instead of using the common loopback or a buckle, it uses just two strips of leather with a Lace & Chicago screw for adjusting it.
The neck side tapers from 2" down to 1" around 8" from the body, so you didn't feel like the strap is in the way around & past
the neck/heel.
This strap is in excellent condition and built to last a life time.
