"FPHO Ramble" - Original Collab Opportunity

This morning I fired up my TablEdit program, and - with guitar in hand - I came up with a very basic and simple flatpicking fiddle tune type of instrumental. I have titled it "Flatpicker Hangout Ramble". My intention is for others to take the basic melody and "pretty it up" a bit with their own ideas. I'm working on a fancier version myself.

Eventually, I'll record a backing track and make it available for others to record their own versions of the tune.

I still need to figure out how to upload the .tef file (and I'll upload a .pdf as well.) I hope to record and post an .mp3 backing/reference track by the end of the weekend (if my wife and kids would just leave me alone!)

EDIT: The .mp3 Backing Track is up now too. (It's only 165 BPM, maybe too slow for some of you!) I played a bare-bones, simple melody the first time through. There are three more times on the backing track for anyone to give it a try.

Now I'm off to come up with another break for it that's a little more interesting!
