Once when we were flat broke and Maggie had been forced to sell her O-18, we got a phone call from our friend Don Skuce. He said,"Hey Maggie, I've got the perfect guitar for you." After trying to explain to Don that she couldn't afford another guitar, he talked her into taking it home to try out. About six months later he phoned and said,"Well, are you gonna buy it?" By that time she was in love with it and had no choice.
