( workers progressive adminstration ) created by Rosevelt. He called it the "WE Piddle Around"
organization. LOL.

My Dad's the one with the guitar. We could use something like the three c's today. He said it took a lot of low life kids and taught them about the value of work and made men out of a lot of them.
