Growing up in a family where my father played guitar and sang the old country and bluegrass songs. Two of my brothers also played so it became a family thing to jam all the time. I started playing electric guitar in Southern Gospel bands for several years and then playing mandolin in blugrass gospel bands and now I play banjo, mandolin, and guitar in my 4 piece bluegrass band named Backroad Ramblers.
