In my search for BR-40 Tenor guitar ran into Maury's Music. Bought my tenor but instead received BR-40 Dreadnought 6 strings guitar.
The darn thing is called the same as Tenor, only tenor comes with BR-40 T.
I think it was a website glitch, as there is no way of accidentally click on BR-40 instead of BR-40T, they are not even on the same page..
Returned, but not only had to pay $70 for UPS, I was charged $60 for their shipping cost, which originally was "free". Obviously they are able to offset their shipping costs by obtaining lower prices from suppliers, so in a way, I did, in fact, paid for UPS shipping three times.
Any attempt to arrange a compromise to lessen my UPS burden and re-order Tenor were rejected.
Buyer beware. I'll avoid doing business with them. Too rigid, too narrow minded, too unforgiving. Felt like I'm dealing with a robot.
